We want you to feel confident in your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items and swimwear are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garment is free of any signs of wear, scents, or stains.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
